Good STUFF.....4/5 slightly better than the US Version.....

 

This is the original. The US version was a copy. Never bothered with the US version.

What did you think of Ringu compared to The Ring?

 

is this one of those crappy shaky camera movies?

 

Have you seen QUARANTINE? It's the same movie just en espanol.....and is slightly better...NO it's not shaky camera......not really...:scared2:

 

solid, solid horror movie.

 

I liked The Ring more than Ringu. The USA version had a better atmosphere and looked more realistic. Ringu lost me with its 'deities from the deep' manga-like backstory which might have worked in Japan, but not here.

 

Never finish Ringu.....I was able to finish The Ring..so I guess the non-asian version was better.....



I have PULSE in my netflix instant queue...will watch it someday...the US version was crappy..could have been better if they spent more time with survivors getting to dead zones...
