I thought it was okay. A turn off your brain and just chill kind of movie. I thought it was certainly more enjoyable than the new Matrix film.
I thought it was just stupid, not even enjoyable. I don't demand brilliance from action flicks. Some action flicks are legitimately great movies (i.e. Die Hard, The Fugitive, Speed) but I don't hold all of them to that standard. I just want them to be fun. Red Notice wasn't even that fun. The Rock can't act and Ryan Reynolds is annoying. I liked him in Van Wilder, but other than that I find him irritating.
