Inspired by the HBO thread. I'll start, name the fight: Pacheco "It wont help him. He'll get hammered even harder."
their network has looked trivial these last few monthes. fights without rights has turned to shit. here is a trivia question: how many times did terdie pacheco call pernell whitaker 'pea wee' during his bout with chavez?

Wasn't it Czyz that was calling him Pee Wee? Pacheco was the one who called Riddick Bowe 'Ruddock Buttock'. The man liked his booze. TFK
nah, it was definitely Pacheco. He was notorious for butchering names (and for being a shill for King as well as a shitty announcer, to boot)
:: I was going to post the EXACT same thing. :: I also liked Pacheco's reaction to Chavez getting dropped in the first fight. He sounded like Chavez was about to get robbed. ::
you mean, against randall, right? But yeah, even before the 10th ended, Ferdie insisted "If Chavez wins these last three rounds, there's no way they're taking his title from him.. (Bell rings)... and there's one in the books." That said, Czyz seemed far more shocked than Ferdie when Frankie put Chavez on his ass. :: It took that AND two point deductions for Ferdie to finally accept that Julio was losing the fight, meanwhile Czyz is screaming "THIS IS TRULY UNBELIEVABLE!"
I think it was Pacheco who also said during that fight, "it's like he's waiting for an avalanche to fall on him...and fall on him it will because Tyson looks ___ tonight."
I couldn't stand Ferdie as a commentator. A stuttering, blabbering fool. Here's a good line from him though: "He throws a punch or two and then he's smothered by this mountain of white flesh"
