Like I said, they could have gotten an innocent person(s) killed and would be charged with being an accessory after the fact, making them just as guilty as the shooter.

If they tried to cover anything up (like resetting the post count yesterday) that will be obstruction of justice that carries a stiffer penalty than murder in many cases.

I filed a police report report as well that day as they had threatened to trespass on my property to commit a lewd sexual act with the intent of committing bodily harm.

They would have both been shot and killed if they had attempted to carry that out, and like I said, it is fortunate that an innocent person who accidentally walked in my yard was not shot and killed.

After conferring with him this AM, I have established the fact that it was not him.

Like I said before; children live in my neighborhood and they threatened to commit a sexual act in the presence of minors, making that a felony.

I was a licensed private investigator in Texas in the 80's - 90's, so I know a bit about the law.

Have not been one in many years and since then P.I.'s fall under the jurisdiction of the Texas Department of Public Safety now, so it won't be much to re-qualify on the gun range and then pay the licensing fee.

As a matter of fact, I challenge you to find me one example of an obstruction of justice conviction NOT TIED TO a major trafficking or rackateering case where someone was sentenced to more than 5 years in prison just on the count of Obstruction... I then challenge you to find me a single sentence for Murder (not Manslaughter, MURDER) less than 5 years
