    I remember seeing this at the theaters when it first came out. Like most everyone else, I thought it sucked royally. What a putrid fucking film this was. Actually it was pretty good up until the part where he went way back in time, but then that was only about 20 minutes of good part...So yeah, it sucked.

    :bears:The 1960 George Pal classic was a landmark film, a milestone in the science fiction cinema pantheon. That Guy Pearce remake was a such a letdown (yes is watchable, but far from being a good movie). It just can't compete with the original.
