Absolutely!

It´s like Adam Sandler has almost turned his shouty, aggressive Happy Gilmore character into a serious, completely engrossing yet still destructive character in movies of the last 20 years.

Oscar-nomination, easy.

I was just about to say...............nothing looks worse than a movie with overt themes that push the viewer in a certain direction.

Almost everyone in Goodfellas was essentially Irish or Italian but anyone could watch it and it didn't stink of Tomato sauce or holy water.

You knew who these people were and you were comfortable with it from the first bell.

If they made that movie today Stacks would get shot ONLY because he was black and Maury would get shot ONLY because he was Jewish.

Today whatever the angle is it has to be fucking hammed up with water and salts right from the beginning.

It's like;......."These guys are Jews......but you don;t understand, you Y2K+ Goy, these guys are REALLY Jewish, like in a way you couldn't fathom".

Show me the fucking movie. If I get it I get it. If I don't I don't. I just don't need some Identity Politics BS slung at me in a lame lazy fashion.

 

Nah. Hoppity Hippity...FO REAL BRO......Escalades and lame Escapades.....YO YO YO YO.

If its on TV some night I might give it 20 minutes to see if it has any balls.

My bet is it doesn't.
