Went vegan, he's down to 180 lbs. Probably too skinny for him, he was a shredded 215-220 in his youth..
Yep. Looks like he's packed a bit of fat back on since then.. he looks like shit relative to his prime. Keyword being relative though, he's still in pretty good shape given his age and how much he's abused his body.
Losing 50+lb of muscle by the time you're 45 is pretty grim..... great 'health' diet. Any pictures of him at 180?
To be fair he was upwards of 300 lbs when he started the vegan diet, so he's certainly a lot healthier now than he was then. I don't have any pics of him at 180 but if you google around you'll probably find them.. anything from 2009 on I think edit I will say that while being vegan is definitely better than being obese, I definitely agree that it's not an optimal diet for humans
CHrist, that would be the last fucking thing I want to hear. Whatever about Mike, and I mean this sincerely, Mike with AIDS would be near fatal for boxing. Boxing could just do without that. And so could Mike. He's lost a lot of weight for sure.
