Where does it say Fedor demands anything?? Read the article.

Personally, I don't blame them a bit. Two fighters in the tourney have already been busted for PEDs and another is most likely on them.

I agree with you tenfold. The Barnett-Fedor fight being cancelled shut down an entire organization. Not to mention, Bob N Weave and I had floor seats again and didn't get to go. Anything with Barnett AND Reem attached to it should require stringent testing applied prior to competition. There needs to be a level playing field. Fedor has never directly required anything of his opponents. Vadim F and M-1 control all of it. Now, I loathe M-1's management styles and wish Fedor would break ties with those guys. But I know that isnt gonna happen so I accept it for what it is.

For perspective, if any of you were a professional HW scheduled to fight a known and established top-tier HW with a penchant for cheating, wouldn't you want strict testing in place to protect yourself? I sure would....

Then tell your hero PEDquiao to stop ducking the blood testing as well....even if
    "He scared of needles".

Something tells me that even if PAC agreed to Money's terms, the fight STILL wouldn't happen. PBF doesn't like to get hit and PAC would be all up in his shit.

What the fuck does this have to do with Pac. Besides, PAC has no reason to be tested, he has never been busted for PEDs before. Duh.

I also find it quite funny that Fraudor is not requesting the testing for Silva who's tested positive for steroids already, but wants it for Overeem who has never failed a drug test.

Oh, gotta love ducking and cherrypicking. This is starting to remind me of a boxing promotion.

Of course, and Overeem has. You have a valid point.

Read my above post. Fedor doesn't request anything. His mgmt does. REEM has muscles in his freakin SCALP, for Christs sake. Not to mention, he's on a tear as of late and is eating opponents like breakfast cereal. Plus, he avoids fighting in the States at all costs. Of course M-1 wants REEM tested - he's the biggest threat out there. It makes perfect sense to me.

He just passed his test against Rogers. Also, this myth about avoiding the US is ridiculous. You realize that Overeem wasn't fighting in SF because THERE WAS NO ONE TO FIGHT.

Seriously, he gets paid a lot in Japan, and the only people at the time SF had to offer was Paul Buentello. SF made some signings now and Overeem is ready to take on all comers, including Fedor who's he called out since he signed, and Fraudor's "management" has been ducking for 2 years now. Making comical excuses like "Overeem doesn't deserve Fedor, he has nothing to offer him except being a steroid bully, Josh Barnett is a more interesting challenging()."

And of course "We don't care about the Strikeforce belt"

Both of those were extremely accurate paraphrases by the way. So no one calls me out on misquoting.

You make no sense. Overeem has been more interested in fighting K1 than fighting anyone with a pulse in MMA.

Please explain the part where Fedor is requesting testing for Overeem but no one else? What are you reading?

Please learn to use your brain. Silva, a known roider, gets a pass, but Fedor all of a sudden wants to start the testing exactly when he's scheduled to face Overeem?

That is the very definition of a ploy.

    Fail.

The Reem called out Werdum after he beat Fedor but Werdum had shoulder surgery and was out for a long time. Then shortly after, he called out Fedor and as usual he made one of his bullshit excuses including the Olympic drug testing demands, then he signed on for K1 seeing as he had no one to fight. Then Fedor, aka the king of ploys suddenly grows some balls, only to be laughed at by Reem because he saw right through it.

Now of course, he's pulling the same shit, only under the guise that "Everyone should do it....starting when I fight Overeem"..:atu:

Yeah, because "calling out" a fighter means fuck all. Right? You are ignorant.

Yes, first of all, when the fuck does a champion call out a fighter? Just shows how ridiculous SF is as an org and M1's stranglehold over them.

Fedor pretty much gets the fights he wants, when he wants, and the fact that Overeem has to pretty much beg him to get into the cage is a joke.

Personally I think this tournament should have mandatory Olympic drug testing for everyone. As mentioned, two of the participants have already been busted and another, Overeem, has clearly used at some point.

Overeem's transformation reminds me of the change in Bonds from his Pirate days to his San Fran days. It just seems drug-aided.

I also hope I'm wrong. I hope Overeem is tested, is clean, and has done everything naturally. I know better, but I hope.

Uh, usually when the fighter has a win over the "Champion"

Who the fuck gets a belt for beating Paul Buentello anyway?

I thought you were talking about Werdum, who Overeem did call out and who does hold a win over him.

It's pretty sad that this has to be explained to you and others, but apparently it does.

Just because you don't care if one opponent is using PEDs, it doesn't mean that you can't and shouldn't care about others.

Any, and every, combat athlete who doesn't agree to PED testing is suspect.

Any, and every, combat athlete who doesn't insist that PED testing should take place for one of their fights is either overly confident, naive, or suspect.

Vadim is now softening his stance like a pussy after being proven to be fraudulent.

If M1 and Fedor are so anti-drug,

    Why did:

Fedor not request strict drug testing from prospective opponents Antionio Silva (first round of the GP), Josh Barnett (first time he was going to fight him but it fell through), Tim Sylvia?

Why is Fedor's sparring partner and teammate, Kirill Sidelnikov, a known steroid user?

Why does M1 not test for steroids at their own events?

TLC, I have a hard time understanding your logic. You praise Overeem, who's most legit fight in forever is Brett Rogers, who you yourself says is horrible and a bum. Yet you rip on Fedor. You praise Overeem for "calling someone out" yet he has actually defended his belt once going on 4years now. He can call out whoever he wants, until he acutally walks to the ring and fights I don't buy it.
