LOL. Nah, you're just looking for a e-boyfriend and I'm not willing to play the part.

    Kauki's here for that, though.

I don't think that's a fair call (because it simply is not true). I've said previously the Klitschkos do more good for Boxing than harm, & that, as individuals, Boxing needs more, not fewer, Champions like the brothers (outside the ring). HW Boxing on the whole could take a great leaf out of their book in regards to proper conditioning, for one thing.

I just don't rate big brother over junior on the whole --- if there was a top0tier fighter in this division who embodies the old stereotype of an Eastern-Euro fighter --- no head or upper-body movement, no concept of feints, or various other subtleties of the sport --- that Vitali Klitschko is your walking example. I don't rate his technical understanding as a Boxer, I don't rate his punching power, or his resume, & all the statistics (KO ratio, win-loss record, etc. don't fool me). I do very much respect his conditoning, his sense for distance, & his heart & chin both are very good attributes of his, but the guy throws arm-punches, LOL. I mean, that's not, "awkward," that's plain amateurish. He could not dream of putting punches together, or jabbing on the level of, his younger brother.

I still think of Vitali Klitschko as better than the sum of his individual parts --- to the point where he'd always give Lewis (& a few other great Heavies) very tough nights. He's not a winner amongst the elite, though. Not to say junior is either (he isn't), but it's not, "hate," to consider either of them short of being great Heavyweights.

For what it's worth, too, IMO Lewis does do a pretty obvious number on Quarry. Norton, no. That's a difficult fight any day of the week, & while I like Lewis to pull it out, Norton would be a live underdog. Lewis-Frazier's a lot tougher to predict, but if I must choose, I take Frazier.

This much, & one thing more. Neither Klitschko was as good as Lewis.

For an arm-puncher with no power, Vitali has sent more men to the ER than I care to remember- with an assortment of hideous facial injuries, concussions, etc.

I cannot speak lowly enough of most of them. You can call that, "convenient," until the cows come home, but I'm not going to seriously entertain most of his rivals as worthy. They aren't.

It's collateral damage, you go about your business, posting on particular subjects of interest and suddenly, you have someone popping up and unravelling :crafty:, like intestines from a slit belly.

Irish posts exclusively about the Klits and you have a burgeoning obsession with Cork. How is that interesting?

Ali was hardly at his best for any of those fights. The peak pre-layoff Ali was a different class of fighter.

FWIW I think Sonny Liston would be a very tough fight for Lewis. A young Foreman lays Lewis out cold.

Also, I would reckon that Ali wouldn't get knocked out by Hasim Rahman and Oliver McCall, or go life and death with Ray Mercer. Just sayin.

I do think a prime, focused Lewis is a tough night for any HW in history. Nobody beats him easily.

Having said that, Vitali is still garbage. If he really did have power, he would've been able to pull off what McCall and Rahman did the night he fought Lewis. Lewis looked like shit that night, he was as ripe for the taking as anyone has ever seen him. Instead, Vitali got his face raped and now his best "win" is a loss. Ultimately, it was probably for the best.. if he'd managed to KO Lewis, Lewis would've pushed his shit in with extreme prejudice in a rematch, and you wouldn't be here singing paeans of a steroid-fueled robot.

Khan is being advised by a guy who used to sell fake shirts at some stall in Bolton-on-Indus. These people come from a long line of haberdashery merchants. They would drive turbines with the steam off their own piss. They promote nitrate commodities off their own piss. I'm glad Khan and his lot have been shown up by this.

As with Briggs and his court-case, we need more and more printing of beefs and disagreements.

Play it out in the Court of Public opinion and lets see what is what. I like treats.

Sorry bro don't mean to stalk you in any way but do you really think so? If anything Vitali is probably one of the least orthodox eastern europeans ever. HE hasn't heard of a high guard like Abraham for instance. Something most eastern europes do. He fights more like Roy Jones with a low left, than like say a Sergey Dzinziruk. Now that's one standard oldschool "Russian"/Ukrainian if I ever seen one.

Vitali doesn't get hit much and basically his defense is head and upperbody movement only of course with the occasional clinch here and there but much less than his brother.

I remember various posters from the biggest german boxing board praising him for his awkward style consisting of basically head/upperbody movement only for defense and not being your typical eastern europe guy. I know we are biased a little bit towards the Klitschkos but the board as a whole is not as bad as let's say eastside boxing when it comes to nuthuggery and I don't think this perception is that far off.

If you really see none of that when he fights I really dunno what to say but that's simply not true.

Blame the promoters for that one. Worst city and venue. It would have been better if they had it in Las Vegas and papered the house with gamblers.
