Wow, nobody has ever known that kick before. Perhaps Seagal should be a coach on The Ultimate Fighter and then get a title shot? opcorn:
Because it sounds really retarded when Seagal says that nobody has been taught a snap/thrust kick to the face or body before and then Seagal's teaching it to Silva, Machida, and others. In the video, Seagal made it sound like he had invented anti-gravity technology.
I agree, I can 100% believe Seagal worked with him on the front snap kick, maybe saw something in Belfort's stance that gave him the impression it would work well. But the guy acts like he invented it. Reminds me of Al Gore trying to take credit for the internet.::
WTF is Seagal wearing in that video? A beanie, a zipped up leather jacket, and ski goggles? What an odd character.
Steven also invented fire and the wheel. He also invented calling in sick to work when you're really not.
Al Gore is the mother of the internet!!! So Steven Segal is the mother of the front kick to the face.
So, Anderson sent Seagal a letter that said "Could you teach me your deadly stuff." Honestly, I have no idea about Seagal and that front kick but Seagal is absolute comedy gold in that video.. My other favorite "We have a name for that in the fight community.." WTF? When has Seagal EVER been in the "fight community"??? Thank you for posting Boss. I was depress after the Steelers lost and this cheered me up. Still laughing.
Holy shit... In this video Seagal says he told Anderson right before the fight to "stay away for 3 or 4 minutes and then throw that kick." LOL.... Delusional..... <object style="height: 390px; width: 640px"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/93uyDLhTQYQ?version=3"><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"><param name="allowScriptAccess" value="always"><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/93uyDLhTQYQ?version=3" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowfullscreen="true" allowScriptAccess="always" width="640" height="390"></object>
"...and I said kick him in the head or the face..." Folks, I didn't realize they were exclusive targets. Where else is he going to kick him in that region...the brainstem perhaps?
Well, in retrospect, I guess Belfort should be glad that Seagal DIDN'T whisper "kick him in the brainstem".
"I don't really keep track of space and time that well...I was raised under some of the greatest Karate masters and Jiu Jitsu masters of all-time..." Exactly how drunk/stoned/high is he in those interviews?
