Put me down for Charles to get off the deck early & stop Foster late-on. Below Heavy, Charles was under-rated as a puncher. Beyond that, he just flat has more tools than Foster. Unfortunately, Charles is one of those great fighters who just gets cast off as the best (or near to it) & no one ever discusses the details of his spectacular ability. Just their resumes compared alone is enough reason to give Charles the benefit of any doubt. Charles' is arguably the single greatest CV in history,& while I don not dispute Foster's legitimate greatness, there is a bit of Ricardo Lopez syndrome to the man. Charles was the better all-round fighter & he'd start hurting Foster eventually, IMO. I rank the Cobra #2 all-time at 175, & it is no stretch to say he is probably the consensus #1 for what is a surprisingly deep division historically.
