Given by what you saw from Fedor this past Saturday what if he healed up and had to fight in say 6 months one of these guys. How would he fare against all of them ?

    Fedor vs Silva II
    Fedor vs Rogers II
    Fedor vs Werdum II
    Fedor vs Overeem
    Fedor vs Kharitonov
    Fedor vs Arlovski II
    Fedor vs Barnett

I would be afraid for him vs. Any of them honestly. He looked pretty bad.

I think he still beats Rogers and Arlovski but clearly loses to the others.

Barnett is the one question mark. I'm not sure what he'll be able to bring if he has to be clean.

The sad thing is that the people around Fedor seem to be making excuses that might make him think about fighting again. His manager was quoted as saying "It wasn't a clear-cut loss. If the doctor doesn't stop it, we don't know what would have happened in the 3rd."

And now Fedor announces that he won't retire. And Coker is talking about pitting him against the loser of Werdum-Overeem.

Sometimes I hate the people managing and promoting fighters.

Yeah. If Fedor doesn't retire, shame on him.

Fedor has no say. Fedor is a puppet and M1 is pulling the strings. Dance Fedor dance....

i think he beats kharitonov, rogers and arlovski, but uncertain about the others. barnett is the biggest question mark imo. he could flop in his next fight or win the whole thing. who knows

Fedor will never again be what he was. He just got dominated by Bigfoot. Hell, Mike Kyle did better than Fedor did against Bigfoot. He looked real bad, people seeing him for the first time are probably wondering what the hype was about. He looked like he belongs in a tough man contest. His striking is horrid.

I think I've seen every available second of Fedor's fights and don't know that he's ever swung so wildly.

I don't if it was strategy or what but everything was wide and looping and aimed at the head. That was horrendous striking on every level.

He probably watched the Bigfoot vs Kyle fight and thought it was going to be an easy minute or so of work. He just couldn't land anything though, it was kind of shocking.

Yup Fedor's striking was really bad. Especially considering the size of Big Foot's head. How could he have missed him with every shot he threw??!!!

I have to rewatch Werdum Big Foot. I watched it live back in the day but don't remember the details . I think Big Foot won round 1 and Werdum 2 and 3. Did Werdum outstrike him ??

I'm going to rewatch it now. I can't even really remember that fight even though I know I watched it.

It was a close decision. Bigfoot clearly won the first with a couple of knockdowns. In the second Bigfoot knocked him down again but Werdum got a takedown late. By the end of the round, Silva had reversed Werdum and was actually on top. In the third, Werdum clearly won in all aspects including two takedowns and grabbing Silva's back twice.

Personally I thought Bigfoot won the 1st and 2nd with Werdum easily taking the 3rd..

Werdum got him down twice in the second. After the knockdown, which looked more like a slip actually, Werdum got a hold of Bigfoots leg and got on top. He landed a good knee standing also, and then another TD towards the end. Then there was a scramble where Silva got on top, but was had his leg and arm tied up and couldn't do anything. I thought Werdum took round 2. Round 1 was clearly Silva's.

About to watch round 3 now.

I can tell you this after watching Fedor vs Bigfoot and Werdum vs Bigfoot. Werdum is strong. At no point was Werdum overpowered like Fedor was. Fedor was helpless under Silva. Werdum was working escapes and looked as strong as bigfoot.
