Bellator 39 April 2, 2011 (Prediction Contest)

OK, here we go again. Our resident MMA Guru is all set to defend his title while Godfather is ready to snatch the belt from him.

The 2nd Quarter Contest starts this Saturday and the rules remain the same. I urge everyone to make their picks because Godfather will tell you how tough it is to make up missing an event. :giggle:

DAMN! Lee's face looks like a horror movie!

 

That was one of the bloodiest fights you'll ever see. Lee's face was absolutely mashed.

 

Woooah. Unbelievable KO.

 

Dammit! That decision sucked AND it cost me points. Double whammy. 30-27? WTF?

 

I was going to pick Hawn too.

Was too risky though, would've been way behind, which is part of the reason I hate this format.

 

Format? You picked the wrong winner... What format would change that? You want a format that gives you points for NOT picking correctly?

 

No shit. When I heard 30-27 I knew it was going to Hawn because he clearly won the 2nd.

29-28 in either direction would have been correct.

The last round was close no matter how you slice it. Hawn pushed the pace but Good landed more.

I have no dispute with who won but 30-27 was incorrect. Round 1 was clearly Good.

 

No. Everyone picked Good. If I would've picked Hawn nd Good would've won, I would've been in last place by 4 points, so I decided against it.

 

Decent round by Curan.

 

But had you got it right,everybody would be chasing you. Sometimes its best to trust your instincts. Fuck what everybody else does.....

 

Extremely one sided but Eddie can't put him away.

 

Curran has a great chin.

Eddie tries to finish even though he was way ahead. Not too bad.

Curran was pretty passive though.

 

Curran was way to passive for a guy in a title fight. That's terrible.

 

He didn't really have much to offer Eddie..
