Poor Jardine will end up on Mousasi's highlight reel . Overall that strikeforce card next week looks very good I must say.

Jardine can still bang. This COULD be an entertaining fight.

If you're not a big puncher, Jardine might make you win via fight of the night type action.

And Jardine is a very difficult guy to get to the ground and keep there.

Personally I like the Jardine match up better than Kyle. Jardine will at least have the cardio to make it a fight whereas Kyle seems to gas quickly.

Lastly, you have to think Jardine will be fighting like his life is on the line.

    War Keith!!!!

I disagree. Mousasi should be able to pick him apart standing. Jardine has nothing that Mousasi is concerned about. Mousasi should be able to use his superior striking with no worries of being countered or taken down. I think Jardine is going to sleep.

Well, that should certainly be the consensus since Jardine is on the serious downhill side of his career.

But keep in mind, Jardine has never really been picked apart on his feet. Sure he's been knocked out numerous times but from big punchers who cracked him pretty quick in the fight. I think his only KO loss outside the first round was against Bader. Otherwise Jardine uses his crazy, unorthodox boxing style to give his opponents trouble in the stand up.

The point is, if Mousasi doesn't hurt Jardine early, Jardines unorthodox boxing style and decent wrestling could make this an interesting fight with Jardine possibly having decent moments especially if he takes Mousasi down.

Personally I think Mousasi wins a clear decision in a relatively good fight.

There are match up points in this fight that give it a chance at being an entertaining fight.

    +1.

Probably a brutal KO via ground and pound.

keep in mind jardine has an ugly style to deal with and often makes good fighters look lost

Also keep in mind that Mousasi is incredibly well-disciplined, patient and picks his shots carefully. On that regard, jardine is very well suited for him. However, Jardine's style is soooo unorthodox and awkward. I LOVE this matchup

See, that's exactly what I'm saying. I'm not delusional. I know Mousasi should walk through him but there are points of the style match up that make this interesting for me.

If Mousasi doesn't hurt Jardine early, it will be an interesting fight.

Jardine is too chinny and too open in his stand up . Gegard will drop him and pound him in 2 minutes.
