If there were any special drug testing requirements for this fight i'm sure we all would have heard about it by now.

There will probably be just the standard post fight urine test. If either guy is on some form of PED it likely won't be caught in this one.

 

There is no cloud of suspicion over Mosley. He´s busted.

 

He thought they were vitamins.

 

They just should suspend drug testing for this bout, and let the fighters take whatever they want to take...this would be honest AND we would see both fighters at their best. I don't want to see Pac or Mosley "flat" in the ring, just because they didn't take their pills....

I doubt Mosley has been on ped or anything since the De La Hoya fight....

He just had the style/attitude/determination to beat the living shit out of Margarito....Margarito was CAUGHT cheating.....and it seem from jump off that he knew he was going into an ass whooping without his wraps...

 

The smaller snake in this instance is more venemous.

 

THe juice in his balls were drained...once those wraps were discover....plus Mosley raping him to the head and body w/ left hooks early on in the fight didn't help...

 

The black snake can go for 2-3 rounds before he is spent....the little pinoy garden snakes can go for 12 deep hard ground pounding rounds...

 

I haven't seen any pics of manny leading up to the mosley fight, but have heard that he is packing extra muscle for this fight.

Mosley is definitely a juicer, given the chance, and when he juices, he's a much better fighter. When he doesn't, we get the guy who lost to PBF - sluggish, hesitant, and fatigued. Not saying none of that had to do with PBF, but Mosley certainly did NOT turn in an inspired effort, regardless of PBF's performance.

What I wonder is if Mosley were juiced for the Mora fight. If you ask me, there was something very fishy about that fight. I though Mosley won it, but it seemed like Mora wasn't even trying.

Anyway, I think we can safely assume that both will be juiced, and that as a result, we'll see a competitive fight.

But if the same sluggish Mosley shows up that showed up for PBF, it will be an absolute beat-down.

I think it's true in general of fighters, but I'd say Mosley in particular does not perform well against counter-punchers. And Manny is an excellent counter-puncher.

 

Mosley didn't look sluggish in the only fight where we know for a fact he was juiced?

Was there random testing for the Mora fight? Mosley was definitely less sluggish against Mora, but was hardly impressive.

Let's remember the combination of factors at work when we consider Mosley/Margarito:

Margarito was without his characteristic loaded gloves
Margarito has no defense
Rumor is Margarito had not trained hard for the fight
Mosley was heavily juiced

This fight is in Vegas, they are held to the same standards of testing as everyone else. It's funny how many people assume both will be on something. Might as well just consider every active boxing a juicer.

 

That's simply not true.

The fact is, in a fight where there is no proof he roided (Oscar 1) he looked much, much better than the fight in which evidence does exist he roided (Oscar 2).

He actually looked more lethargic and just crappier in the rematch.

Not exactly a good advert for how formidable steroids are in boxing.

 

Mosley looking good and Mosley looking bad usually has a lot to do with his weight. His absolute worst performances lately (Mayorga, Mora..) have been at 154. Personally, I think Floyd had about 90% to do with how bad Mosley looked in their fight.

I do agree with the weight though, for whatever reason Shane just looks bad at 154, it's a division too far, and he is not suited to the weight.

But again, if steroids turn you into a weight transcending freak of nature as people insinuate with Pacquiao, a roided Mosley should be even better at 154.
