Which boxers today would you list that have shown the most heart and courage during many fights in their career, or have at least shown you these attributes in one particular fight?

For instance, Khan showed me heart and courage vs Maidana, JMM and Katsidis throughout their respected careers have both shown heart and courage.

    Your examples?

Give me Raffy over Juan in this regard, though I freely admit my softer spot has always been for junior. Of course, as an Aussie (with American patriot ties as well, mind), I would be remiss not to call out Mr. Katsidis --- who is fearless in all regards, as a match-maker & a fighter in the moment. He is everything frauds like Mundine & Green should be.

Pacquiao definitely ranks as well, having moved through the classes. It makes me sick when people go to great lengths to diminish his climb in weight with petty excuses & sidebars, frankly. Let's see someone else do it, if it's so fraudulent.

seems like lack of defense is synonymous with heart and courage these days. erik morales comes to mind for me. a fucking gladiator who has been in more wars with top notch foes than anyone else around still at an elite level

Hopkins damaged his shoulder during the second echols fight and still went on to knock him out.

    I couldn't see...say...Vitali Klitschko doing the same...

As soon as I saw that post, I was surprised Vitali's girlfriend hadn't already replied yet.

Oh and yes, Hopkins had over half a foot height advantage and a 40 lb weight advantage against Echols, who was a blown up lightweight with no power.
