Excellent round for Groves; came back strong with some good body shots. Either deGale had a rest of he is knackered.

McDonnell is a thick mick fuck. If that 10th round was an attempt by Groves to "knick rounds" then fuck it, Groves is a master thief. He won that clear and by fighting for the full 3 minutes.

Would be a shame if DeGale wins, he has won 1-2 clean rounds in the whole fight and the cut really has hurt his vision.

 

The 11th is DeGale's. Grove is bleeding pretty heavily from a cut on the forehead which is causing him trouble.

Landed the clean effectivs shots in the 12th. DeGale didn´t have much besides useless flurries.

Groves won 6 clean rounds imho.

Yeah, he can't see the shots with the blood, its the blood and the butts that have discomfited him more. DeGale does a flurry, which is taken on the gloves, and the commentators make out that DeGale is hammering him. ::

 

Groves wins the 12th for me and wins the fight. I expect he'll get jobbed, though.

I actually have this fight 8 rounds to 4 for Groves.

I think he controlled the fight, landed more punches, dictated the pace.

DeGale won a couple of rounds clearly, but all the more close rounds Groves had the edge, and looked to be in control.
