How would Haye deal with Bruno's excellent jab and how would Bruno deal with Haye's speed? Go for it. :rock1:
I don't know where people got the idea that David Haye is a real good heavyweight form the only heavyweights that beat Bruno were real good ones
It's mostly hope, I think. Some folks want the division to not suck so Haye has been blown out of proportion. That should come to an end in about 9 hours or so. But then we will have to hear "The only fighter Haye lost to was an ATG" ::
Well...except for Bonecrusher. He was pretty mediocre outside of his power. And Smith's status would be even lower if he didn't catch Tim Witherspoon on the worst day of his life. But your point still stands: Witherspoon, Tyson and Lewis are way, way better than Haye.
Ummm...didn't you pick Haye to beat Wlad? You must think he's good to pull that one off. Or were you just going against the grain in the hope he might win and you can brag endlessly how you called it??
I saw plenty of people acting like David Haye was a legitimate heavyweight threat instead of what he really is-- a loud mouthed, good-looking british media hype job who has done nothing to warrant being considered anything of substance... Bruno would beat Haye with room to spare
Yes I picked Haye to beat Wlad. But it was because I don't trust Wlad's chin and thought Haye would get to it. Doesn't mean I think Haye's some all time great, you fool.
Picking someone to win doesn't mean I think he's better than the other fighter, even. I even said that in my pick. I said that conventional wisdom is Wlad (Meaning I believed Wlad to be the better fighter) but picked Haye because I thought that Wlad would come out stiff and tense and Haye would find his chin. It's clear from those posts that I never thought Haye was better than Wlad. Many guys here gave Haye a very good shot at winning but no one here thought Haye was the better fighter or even close to being as good.
