I think Pac will stop him this time.

The commentary team will be screaming and it will be very exciting but Pac is going to be ahead from the get-go and stop this guy in 9 rounds or so.

    Sad but true.

Pac is likely to stop him this time...but we all said the same thing before the rematch.

JMM is mega-tough and determined and he knows how to nullify Pac's workrate and keep him on the defensive.

JMM will get dropped a couple times but whether he's stopped we'll have to wait and see.

    Very intriguing fight IMO.

JMM has pac's number, so it should be a good fight. But i wont be suprised if Pac has improved so much he destroys JMM.

I expect Pacquiao to destroy JMM.

Had the same expectation for their first two fights, though.

Of course you'd like that. It would mean you could suck your hero Fraud F*ckweather's cum for a few more years without having to worry about a Pacquiao fight. Come on Marquez!!! Do it for the Fraud F*ckweather fans! Get rid of Pacquiao!!! PLEASE!!!!

Hes never tamed him, not to the extent needed to clearly win one of their fights.

Even I get sick of people bringing up Marquez winning the majority of their 24 rounds...whenever knockdowns ceased to be significant, I do not know.

Me too and that's the thing. I predicted a Pac KO in both of the first two fights and it never happened. Maybe third time lucky. Maybe Pacquiao CANNOT stop Marquez.

he has tamed him for long stretches of each bout. meaning pacquiao did not fight as he normally does, dictating the action with his pressure and hand speed. no one else has been able to do that lately.

and as far as Im concerned he did enough to win the rematch.

Neil is right in that JMM managed to drop Pacquiao's workrate and alter his style slightly, but I agree with you Ramonza, you can't say he "tamed" him. Getting bounced off the canvas and losing a disputed decision can't be considered "taming" someone.

I think Pacquiao was flat out robbed in the first fight, however I would have no problem with Marquez winning the rematch. The fight was super close and could have gone either way IMO.

I think Pacquiao probably stops him this time, but I'm sure for a few rounds at least Marquez gives him problems, like others have said, something about Marquez's style really has Pacquiao's number.

Marquez ready to die? He sure looked like he was ready to die against Fraud F*ckweather. Even despite fighting a couple weight classes up and on top of that, Fraud F*ckweather paying a few mill as a penalty for not coming in at the contracted weight (he never planned to), can't say Marquez gave it his best.
Hopefully Pacman puts him in a box finally and is done with the f*cker. And on top of that, Fraud F*ckweather dies against Ortiz. Not that Ortiz is any kind of hot sh*t, but on the bright side, fighting once per year and getting older will have its repercussions sooner or later.

I would be truly stunned if Pac "destroys" JMM this time around. I would actually be shocked if Pac stops him inside of 9-10 rounds as well.

If you look at the plethora of bad style matchups throughout history where an apparently "greater" fighter A struggled time and again with fighter B who just seemed to have the perfect anti-style (even when fighter B was generally accepted to be inferior in many ways), it makes it difficult to fathom that somehow Pac would just magically defy all of that.

It makes it harder still to believe given that these 2 fighters have such a direct history, and they both have given each other fits over 24 rounds. Styles are, quite simply, everything.

Now I am going to shamelessly hedge because I believe this next fight is at welter, and I will admit that where JMM clearly appears to suffer disadvantages at 140 and above, Pac has the PEDPower that gives him great strength and no speed, stamina, or workrate loss no matter how far up he moves in weight. I think it is this in particular which makes it likely that Pac wins by a late stoppage.

If both fighters had to whittle back down to 130 for this fight, I'd pick JMM to win. Pac needs that extra weight to play with so his vitamins can do their thing. Steroids and HGH really aren't much help at all when you need to drop 15 pounds in 6 weeks.

I agree with you that many Floyd fans don't want a Pac fight and therefore want Pac to lose.

I agree with all of that, actually, though I did think Marquez only edged the return fight by a point (I scored it twice), so the outcome, while heavily disappointing, was fair.

Pacquiao clearly won the first fight on my card. The second was absolutely touch-&-go.

Fraud F*ckweather fans like Niel and boxerpuncher will continue to pour money into Fraud's pockets as he handpicks every opponent in his joke of a career, all the while hoping that somebody knocks off Pacquiao so that Fraud can protect his crappy record for the remainder of his sh*t career.
