Christopher Reeve and Jane Seymour (1970s)

Exceedingly good film. Very underrated in that it is hardly known but those that have seen it would testify to its greatness.

    Anyone seen it?

If you have we must discuss a particular element of it....

Try 1980. I only remember because it was a sophomore date movie for me.

I didn't like it then because I really wasn't paying much attention. I've watched it sense and it really is a solid move. I love the premise and, as corny as it sounds, the hotel and early 1900's scenery was very well-done. And Jane Seymour was hot.

Has it ever been re-made? That would actually be a cool idea. This film did terribly at the box office because the actor's strike didn't allow the cast to do any of the normal promoting nor could the studio.

Nah...this film is a timeless (pun intended) classic. You can't remake a classic like this...it would be like remaking "Raiders of the Lost Ark".
