Honestly one of the funniest "news" reports I've ever watched. <iframe frameborder="0" scrolling="no" src="http://eplayer.clipsyndicate.com/cs_api/iframe?pl_id=8178&page_count=5&wpid=9612&tags=CCTVI_NEWS_LOCAL&windows=1&va_id=2783737&show_title=0&auto_next=1&auto_start=0" width="425" height="330"></iframe>
The guard kept his guard up pretty good and used decent combos in close. He looked like he could have kept that up all day.
he looked good, but the fact that he didn't knock or even hurt a pure bum, who was probably intoxicated, makes it look far far from impressive
Yeah.......he basically broke the basic Bruce Lee rule...he spent so much time following form and making sure he remembered to do what he had learned in the gym that he didn't even hurt the guy. Truth be told a proper boxer would have ended it with the first blow...the bum's first punch should have been slipped, not blocked, it was way too wild to be worth blocking..... stepping forward and then turning the right hand over. Fight over. Instead he made sure he blocked perfectly the first slap, fell short with his own right {mainly because he had blocked rather than slipped it, you can slip a shot and shuffle forward at the same time} and then engaged us with an hour of perfectly executed and utterly ineffective moves. Somehow this gets the attention of MMA morons everywhere and this guy is now a major attraction.:notallthere:
You guys are missing the point. Didn't you even listen to the reporter? It was his "Oh so perfect footwork." Ahahaha. I can't even press play on this clip without laughing.
Well, that was kind of my point when I said "MMA Morons". You know the sort who see a guy jacked up on fake tan and steroids wearing a t-shirt that says "Tap-Down Gay Rage Outfest" or something and assume he is an MMA "legend". Dude was dancing all over the place in heavy-duty security shoes, which was kind of impressive, if it weren't for the fact that he should have been using his shoes to kick the other guy in the shin.
