Adamek would have beaten the Foreman of 1995, 1996. Just like Schulz and Stewart did.

You can't get inside on Vitali, he, unlike Wlad, has a check-hook, he throws it and steps off. Opponents find themselves yards away from where they started.

Exactly, nothing at all. I really felt sorry for him during the fight, he was like a fish out of water.

Especially given his style, he was just horribly undersized.

It would be like matching Timothy Bradley against Martinez, almost

im not denying that vitali is the best heavyweight in the world. that much is obvious. my biggest problem is the level of opposition is insanely bad (bad beyond anything ever and not even close) and i know you only beat whats in front of you blah blah but the opposition is so bad none of his opponents even have the skill to punch back its fucking laughable.

i have no idea how good he is, but i think not so much as lets be honest the one and only time anyone ever punched back, vitali lost.

    and i hate lemmon

No doubt it is, but what do you expect any fighter to do about that? You're basically "punishing" the Kitschkos for something they have absolutely no control over.

i am frustrated at the state of heayweight boxing and vitali fighting cautious like lemmon. this is not good for boxing. the horizon is grim i dont like to think about the heavyweights and its always been my favourite decision

Adamek would have been a live guy in the late 1970's and the early 1980's.

I for one can see him beating guys like Shavers. Shavers has nothing vs Adamek other than a very slim punchers chance. Even then I'm not sure.

Yes. Let people here influence you. Vitali missed him with the left all night and showed no power at all. Adamel showed even less and the fight ended in the 10th when those dumb Polacks had their electricity cut off and the flood-lights failed. Newspaper decision for Vitali.

Jerry was the man. 6'0, 193, skin like paper.....the guy was boss.

    Vitali would destroy him.

Yep. He did. Pretty impressive for a former 175lbr, no???

Question: could Chad Dawson bulk up to 215 and do any better than Adamek has??

It gives you a very good idea of the sort of fighters "Genuine World Superstar Khan" has been fighting.

So why doesn't he do it? Why does he prefer to hang around at 175 and get molested by Bernard??

Cos he wouldn't even beat Steve Cunningham, thats why.

Khan had it set up so that the fight with McCloskey would get stopped if there was a cut. He, Khan, has no intention of going into the later rounds with a slickster like that. It hurts his profile. I think Khan will vacate rather than fight McCloskey. In fairness, McCloskey is no genius, and I think an arrangement will be reached whereby Khan and McCloskey exchange money, and Paul steps aside.
