Quarry... Baer is made to order for a left-hook counterpuncher... and, unlike Schmeling, Quarry could handle the PACE that Baer (assuming he's "on") would bring to "BAER"
Would you rate Quarry a better fighter than Schmeling, CDogg? Would you rate Baer better than Schmeling, for that matter? I tend to think Schmeling may have won a return bout.
Schmeling has Louis on the resume-- an immense win, and to me, that gives him the edge... but stylewise, I think Baer would always annihlate him Historically, Quarry rates below both, but in the ring? I think he has a better chin than either guy, he's a better technician than Baer by a long way, and for Baer he has a better weapon compared to Schmeling (Hook vs. Cross) ... I'd give Quarry a fine shot at a win versus both
