Considering the end of the Mayweather v Ortiz fight, which I think Mayweather was within his rights as the title of the topic says, it got me thinking of other fights that have ended in a similar way. I remember one particular fight within last 10 years and thought it involved someone like Dariusz Michalczewski or Sven Ottke but can't seem to find it, but pretty sure it was in Germany and boxer turned towards referee to complain about illegal blows with his arms by his side, ref didn't call a break and other fighter just stepped forward while he was still complaining to the ref and knocked him clean out, was a devastating knock out. Anyone remember other fights that have ended like this?
It was Dariusz vs Roccogianni the first fight. Dariusz punked out after Rocco hit him a kind-of-cheap-shot and Dariusz pulled the worst acting job ever. Rivaled only by dirrell
Wasn't the one I was thinking of but that was pretty funny. One I saw was the guy turned to ref as if to say "You going to do something about this" as he was doing this the other guy stepped forward and knocked him out in a devastating fashion
