pretty much^ LaPorte would have his greatest success (as he always did) when he aggressively comes forward and lets his hands go... he backed EVERYBODY up that he did that to (even bulls like Chavez and McGuigan, hell even Tszyu when he was an old man) but LaPorte would not COMMIT to that... Mayweather's defensive brilliance and his ability to quickly counter with single, cobra-like strikes would frustrate LaPorte who would then revert to "okay, let me try to land one perfect bomb" mode, and Floyd would work his jab, move as needed and avoid any unnecessary exchanges... I'd say it's a 9-3 fight at best (in Laporte's case) for Floyd... he just doesn't present enough defensive holes for LaPorte to feel confident enough to launch a real offensive
Theres no fighter in history below 135 that beats Floyd. Not Pedroza, not Sanchez, not Argeullo, not Nelson. He's the biggest prick in boxing...... but he was other worldly at 130.
