The Frazier that fought Ali would beat any Holmes. Later down the road at some point Id shift it to Holmes. He aged well and could possible school Frazier after Frazier was totally shot and crusty
Who? Frazier. Why? Styles. A close decision, but a clear one. Both would be hurt, but I think Holmes would be in greater danger of being stopped if it didnt go the expected distance.

Interesting. I see it as a bad style matchup for Holmes. I base that purely on Frazier's fights with Ali, however
