INSIDE JOB GENRE - DOCUMENTARY SUBJECT - Breaks down how corruption and deregulation lead to the meltdown of the financial and housing market. CRITIQUE - Wasn't the most interesting documentary I've ever seen, but it was one of the most important. The interviews and information given were very informative and for anyone that didn't understand how the markets melted this will explain it in full detail. PISSED - That is how this film will make you feel. When you see what the banks were allowed to do and get away with, and how presidents and top politicians passed and changed laws to allow it, you might never trust anything ever again. Basically the bankers were allowed to steal the people's money, and when it caused the collapse of the market the people were forced to pay back their stolen money while the bankers got to keep the money they stole with no repercussions.
Given the subject matter i highly doubt it, however there's probably lots of people getting fucked in the ass.
the documentary neglects to mention the rather large role that the government played...other than that it's pretty good
