Ray wins by pretty comfortable decision by being much more willing to let his hands go & being quick and skillful enough not to be totally nullified by Floyd's defense and traps (even skillful enough to set a few of his own). Floyd frustrates Ray, but can't do it while doing enough offensively. Ray's foot speed and range are important, here. Ray 10-5.
I see it closer, 9-6 for Ray or even 8-7. It'll be whether judges score for workrate and agression or accuracy and defense.
I might be in the minority here but I think Floyd is a GREAT fighter. That said, IMO Ray is one of the best ever and beats Floyd, possibly even stops him
