Chavez via UD or late stoppage. Julio was one of the smartest fighters I've ever seen. Excellent defense, precise punches. His right hand was deceivingly quick too. Ortiz is possibly the best to come out of Puerto Rico and he'd hold his own but ultimately Julio is just too much the complete article for him.
