They don't look that hard in pro boxing terms, but his combination slapping speed is undeniably high end for a super middle.

be careful, he may be diminutive in stature but he has extensive combat experience. dont be fooled by the fact that his mexican shirt is a size smedium.

 

He isn't a one hitter quitter obviously but he has a dig, the punches hurt enough to make an opponent think twice about engaging. A light hitter is a guy like Malignaggi, that must be like getting hit by a swarm of butterflies.
