I'd take the Hopkins from the Glen Johnson fight wins a clear decision, assuming that the weight difference isn't overwhelming. Any other version from that period ranges from toss-up to Ward taking a close decision, either scenario offering an ugly fight and the loser bitching that he was robbed. I'd take Ward over any post-Trinidad version of Hopkins.
