    http://www.examiner.com/mma-in-toro...erely-one-sided-solution-requires-fan-boycott

"The grand total for fighter salaries (before deductions, and not including sponsorship money, which has absolutely nothing to do with how much the fighters earn from the UFC as a salary) is now at a total of $1,140,500.
    Now double it.
    Why?
Because according to UFC President, Dana White, the fighters make significantly more than what is being reported by the NSAC—so let’s give the UFC the full benefit of the doubt and double the fighter salaries—just for arguments sake.
    That’s a new total of $2,281,000.
Coincidentally, the event itself brought in a 2.3 million dollars (almost the exact same) just from the gate revenue (10,040 fans in attendance) at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.
And no, I don’t personally think that the fighter salaries are actually doubled from that of what the UFC reports to the NSAC."

Now Suck, do you really dispute that the total payroll was over twice the reported salaries?

Of course you do. "We don't have proof, I want proof, you don't know what they were paid"

Well, until your John gives up all the information, common sense says total payroll is less than twice the reported amount.

    Suck

Apparently, it lets you do both words individually, but you cannot put them both together. It just blocked me again.

It's bullshit if they fight again. UFC is basically saying sorry Carlos you're not a draw we'll let Nick try and beat you again. Bet any money if Diaz beat Carlos 4-1 there would be no rematch talk. Also let's say Diaz wins the rematch why does he deserve the GSP fight over Carlos ? That would put them at 1-1.

No Boss you are wrong. It's Condit who is choosing NOT to wait for GSP. He could fight GSP if he wanted, he will just have to wait. Condit isnt waiting for him.

I watched that Ariel kid interview Condit right after the Diaz win and Condit clearly said he doesn't wanna fight anyone , he just wants to wait for GSP. I'm guessing the UFC officials pressured him into fighting before GSP heals and rightfully so I just don't agree that Diaz deserves a rematch. But It's not a big deal I like Diaz's heart and style he's a warrior so no complaints here. I'm just pointing out that if UFC is mommy and daddy and Diaz and Condit are kids Nick is clearly the favorite .

I'm down for a rematch. Its obvious with even just the regular posters on this board that several of us can score this fight so differently. It wasn't a robbery, just a close fight, and one that was difficult to score. If GSP is hurt, set up the rematch! If Diaz wins, set up the rubbermatch! I will guarantee that Diaz will have a strategy to work with Condit's running. I think its a win win for us fans, gives GSP plenty of time to heal properly, best two out of three gets the shot. Done.:partie:

Hearing rumors that there is no rematch happening and it's because Nick Failed his drug test. I hope it's not true.

If it is true, I'm glad Condit got the decision. Condit shouldn't have to fight again before facing GSP. That was the point of the bout. However, I suppose it does depend on how long GSP will continue to be out of action. The point of an interim title is to keep things moving while a champ cannot defend.

This is the type of situation where a sanctioning body model should prove superior to the UFC dictatorship model. Rules should be established so that everyone understands what will happen in advance. The UFC model--well, let's do what appeases the fans since it will make us the most money. That way works pretty well (as demonstrated by the common indifference to UFC bullshit), but it is not as fair.

I hope to God, that MMA never adapts the sanctioning body model. It is corrupt, unfair, and just down right laughable. Guys are made interim champs for no reason what so ever, and then to appease the first champ, they give him the title "superchamp" WTF, give me a break man. Half the time the interim champ never even fights the champ or superchamp, and sits as interim champ for a decade.(obviously I exaagerated but you get the point) The only reason there would be a rematch is if GSP isn't ready to fight, which he isn't. Instead of the situation just being shelved for a year and a half, lets get a rematch. I would do it just like they did with Pettis coming from the WEC, he was next in line, if memory served me they asked him if he wanted to wait, because he was guaranteed the next shot or he could take a fight in the mean time to stay active. Obviously, if he loses, it changes the title shot picture. Pettis chose to fight, lost, and lost the title shot. I would give Condit the same option. Wait for GSP if you want to, or you can rematch Diaz. I really hope Diaz didn't pop.

mikE is the worlds last defender of the sanctioning bodies. In other words, he's an idiot.

you are really a shitty poster, man. At least you limit yourself to 2 sentences per worthless post, I guess.

Would a jester added to the end of your post have put you over your character limit?

Yes, I'm sure the beer vendors, judges, and referees distort the payroll so much that they are worth knowing.

Why don't you just guess what they make so we can continue the discussion? [Wahhhhhh! How can I know what they make?!? Wahhhh! I can't!!! Waaaaah! Leave the UFC alone, bully!!!]

    UFC shill.
