The one Hatton fought vs. the one Cotto fought. Who wins?

Tszyu could be on his death bed and still destroy that scrub Torres.

He was vastly inferior. Philips stops Torres, no doubt.

BTW, Hatton should not get credit for beating, Zoo,especially from Hut aka the biggest hypocrite here. Mr. , I hate holding, but love Duran aka the holding faggot. Mr. bless the referee for the Khan fight, but Hatton beat Zoo legitimately. Nonsense.

Hatton fought in a vastly more grotesque and illegal fashion than Khan has ever. Hatton should have been dq'd. It was an unwatchable fight.

Torres punched hard but more importantly fought balls to the walls and was willing to trade punches.

His KO percentage indicates he punches harder.

how about his level of opposition?

Lamar Clark's KO percentage indicates he punched harder than George Foreman, Ernie Shavers and Mike Tyson

    seriously, that's a mikE argument

    Good point.

That being said, you seem indicate that someone's level of opposition is an indicator on how hard they throw a punch. IMO torrest punched harder. Just based on my own eyes.

Cool Vince could punch too, I'd say their power is similar.

I hate Tszyu and I'm a big fan of Cotto, but this nonsense has to stop. Torres was nothing at world level. Neither was Kelson Pinto. I don't care how they were regarded at the time, neither one of them is a great win.

No fault of Cotto's, but he didn't face any particularly good fighter (obviously good being relative, ie at world level) at 140.

The greasy little rat tailed mongoloid destroys Torres, and so would Cool Vince.

Why don't you like Tszyu? Greasy rat tail and ugly face aside, he seems like the kind of guy you'd like. Always throwing hard, meaty shots. Always going for the KO.

I rewatched the Judah and second Mitchell fights last week and it reminded me how awesome Tszyu could be. Also, his hybrid Russian/Australian accent was a thing of beauty.

I've always thought Tszyu was super-overrated but I've sorta fallen in love with his style a decade late. Seek and destroy *dun dun dun dun dun dun*

I fully agree with this. He looked like a pale 140 lb John Ruiz in there.

Yeah I feel dirty for defending that win. You guys are right, it was not legit. Tszyu beats him anywhere neutral.

Torres was a clubfighter. To be fair, Cotto should be ashamed for getting battered by him, but Hatton with his pasty white china chin may not have gotten up at all. Cotto's is a tougher and more durable fighter than Hatton.Hatton was stopped dead by a feather fisted FLOYD.

I dont know about battered. The first KD was a push. I dont remember if Cotto got dropped a second time, but if he did, it was legit. Torrest just punched like a damn retard. His punch shocked cotto, but cotto got up and manned up and traded blow for blow and stopped in the 7th.

I'd say KOs over good opponents are worth about 5 times more than KOs over trash

In terms of legacy, yes. In terms of determining how hard one punches? I dont know.
