I'm looking forward to this fight way more than Morales-Garcia.

Molina has an excellent chance of pulling the upset.

This fight could be good, but my guess is it will be over early, most likely with Kirkland on his back. I don't see how Morales/Garcia isn't a great fight.

Nah, BECAUSE of Wolfe, Kirkland was Able to WITHSTAND Angulo's Attempt @ ENDING the Fight...He Got Dropped, Dusted Himself Off, Absorbed the Rest of What Angulo Had, then Beat the Living Shit Out of him the Remainder of the Fight...

You forgot the part about angulo punching himself out badly. It seems just as likely Angulowins the rematch.

REED..... Wolfe or no Wolfe, Kirkland still aint got the best chin.

Molina isnt as powerful as Angulo, but he's quicker and more skilled.

Still, I'm going with Kirkland. Either by close decision, or late stoppage.

So Ann Wolfe being in his corner makes his chin somehow less shitty? Sure.

Which isn't that impressive seeing as Cintron is done, and get equally dominated by the ginger in his next fight.

Molina is solid though, he has a chance in this fight.

I think Kirkland is the overall better fighter though and should win. As always, it kind of depends if Kirkland's chin holds up.

Based on the Angulo fight, I can't see Molina outlasting Kirkland, it seems a well trained Kirkland has impressive stamina.

Molina has a granite chin, but more importantly a knack for not getting hit flush very often even though he's seemingly always within opponent's punching range.

EDIT: Changing my pick. Something tells me Molina will find a way to leave no doubt and take a decision.

But it's impressive that he fought on that level on the heels of fighting Lara to draw three months prior.

It absolutely sucks that he hasn't fought since Cintron, even worse that Cintron went on to get a (paper) title shot. I'm convinced it's the only reason Golden Boy agreed to Molina as an opponent for Kirkland

You know what I completely forgot about that, the draw with Lara.

Despite those early losses for Molina, including to Chavez JR , he can obviously fight, and has improved.

I agree it's a shame he hasn't fought since Cintron, but on the plus side it's still well under a year he's been sidelined.

The best thing about this fight for Kirkland is Molina's lack of power.

I agree with you it could go either way, but have a feeling Kirkland's ferocity and stamina win it for him.

He got a draw and a MD loss to Chavez Jr. I didn't see the fight, did Molina get robbed?

"Absorbed the Rest of What Angulo Had"....That's Alluding to Angulo Punching Himself Out...

It's VERY RARE that a Guy Takes the Type of SUSTAINED Asswhipping that Angulo Suffered, yet Comes Back to WIN a RE...Anything Can Happen, but Angulo Would have to B a Pretty Sizable Underdog...

True...Even w/Wolfe, Kirkland's Tasted the Canvas a Few Times...He Can Obviously Be HURT w/OR w/Out Ann Wolfe Working the Corner...

But the Thing is, Ann PREPARES Kirkland for WHEN he's Hurt...Dude Actually FIGHTS in Sparring, where Most Other Fighters WORK on Certain Things...

By the Time he Gets Dropped, Hurt or Buzzed in the Actual Fight, it's Second Nature for him to Weather the Storm...It's a CRASH & BURN Way to Operate, that Clearly DOESN'T Suggest Longevity, but it's Working...

No, but the Way She PREPARES him Enables Kirkland to DEAL w/Being Hurt, UNDER FIRE...Against Ishida, he Kept Getting Up & Running into the SAME Shit Over & Over & Over...

Against Angulo, who's 10x the Puncher Ishida is, Mathematically Speaking AND Otherwise, Kirkland was Able to Handle the Rough Patch & Had Angulo in his Back Pocket by the End of the Same Round...

Angulo couldn't even beat Cintron, he might punch hard but he's just not good. Ishida would probably whoop him

I'm just saying, if he had a little more skill he would be climbing off the canvas and fighting a stupid fight. I really don't know what you see in Kirkland.

Molina isn't very good, but I give him a damn good chance of pulling off the "upset" against this chinless brawler

William "Caveman" Lee is a better fighter than James Kirkland

I'm looking forward to this fight now. It'll be interesting to see how James deals with Molina's speed and movement.
