I dunno the previous trailer I saw got me kinda pumped this one kinda took some air out of that bubble. Oh well I'm sure it will at least be pretty good.
It kinda feels like been there done that though. I dunno why. It would be nice if Batman died or lost or something for once.
Some people think he does. if you look at the trailer, it also slightly indicates that he might give his life for Gotham
I'll trust Nolan on this one. I like the serious tone he gives to a comic story. This is no cape-wearing hero movie. This is a film about sacrifice. I'm more pumped for this one than for The Avengers.
Avengers will be silly 200 plus million dollar fun. Batman actually feels like has a script to go along with the special effects.
I hear the avengers script is pretty good. But lets not kid ourselves as to which will be the superior movie. When someone from the avengers gets nominated for an academy award for his role, then we can talk.
I'm sure the script will be fine but how deep can it be haha World being attacked. Avengers don't get along at first but then realize they have to for the greater good and do and defeat the evil aliens or whatever. A deep plot is for example the incredible hulk struggling with his homosexual feelings towards captain america (that's why he gets so angry all the time)
And the Award for Best Actor is.....Chris Hemsworth THOR in The Avenge....get the fuck out of here with that shit.
LOL Better him than Captain America . That has to be the stupidest looking super hero outfit ever. Almost ruins the whole movie for me. It just looks silly!
What irks me is the "Loki's Alien Army" thing. Loki is corny, and uninteresting character taken out of norse mythology. "Alien Army" is so generic, so bland, so lacking in personality. Why couldn't they start with a bang? Have them fight Galactus or some huge villain like that. There are rumors of a final scene after the credits that gives me some hope for the sequel though.
Bane is such a shitty, lame villain. Current darling little Tom in his mask and duffel-coat. :shit: They need to get some classic villians in the next movie: Plus, Robin needs to make a comeback, as well as Aunt Harriet, the BatPole, BatComputer, etc When did an Academy Movie winner last mean anything? It's a totally meaningless and redundant award now :dunno:
