I got Bute by UD or possible late stoppage. Froch is tough but very hittable. Not a good combination in this match-up.

    REED Looooooves Froch's Confidence, Consistency & Toughness, but he's Going w/Bute here...Froch is STEADIER, but Bute's More DYNAMIC...Bute's a LEGITIMATE 168 lb Banger & Froch Gets Hit...ALOT...

It'll Be an Ebb and Flow Kind of Fight, but REED Thinks Bute can Pull Off a Late Stoppage Here...His Power will Result in a Knockdown Fairly Early, then he's Eventually Take Froch Out Around the 10th or So...

Then Hopefully, Showtime Gets OFF their Asses & Brings Us Ward-Bute Before the End of the Year, EARLY 2013 @ the Latest...

So is the main event 10, then? Trying to plan where and when to watch it.

The US TV didn't show Green vs Kessler and won't be showing this. Marvelous coverage. Its close-minded and petty.

@Hut- I wouldn't sit down in front of the tele a minute later than 10pm. Best I can do.

Froch isn't get knocked out and he will make the fight close enough to get a decision. Super 6 showed home important a hometown fight is.

Nope...I remember Bute-Andrade I and see possible portents. Froch will be miles behind at halfway and, in his gusty, brave way, will start clawing his way back in as the rounds progress. It is what he does. A Froch stoppage in the late rounds is very possible IMO.

I have SS1 and the broadcast doesn't start 'til 10pm. Finishes at 1.30am. I'm reckoning no earlier than an 11.30pm start.

I don't mind passing on Green-Kessler (an awful matchup - and I don't buy the argument that American TV shows some shit so they should show all shit) but Bute/Froch should be on Showtime. Epix is showing it, but I don't think many Americans have that channel.

Green vs Kessler was not awful, and it turned out to be a very decent scrap. Kessler is still a live player in the Super 6, something Green himself was a member of. It wasn't exactly Amir Khan vs Marco Antonio Barrera.

Whatever else, there is NO excuse for the failure to have Bute vs Froch broadcast globally.

Honestly, I'd take a shot MAB as a b-side over Green any day. I just don't think Green belongs on television.

Don't get me wrong, I really like Kessler. But the fight was poop (on paper)

I'm about to drop $55 on Bute/Froch. :bangh:

Bute unanimous and scores 2 knockdowns.

I would prefer that Froch wins, though.
