    Seems fishy to me since Pac's camp is quick when it comes to issuing legal action, but they seem to be just ok with the decision and will happily have a rematch.

    What for? He doesn't have a zero to protect. It's not going to affect his marketability and will probably lead to a bigger payday then any other fight besides Mayweather.

    Why would they do that?

    He was able to avoid a fight with Marquez or Mayweather (the fights Arum would have been pressured to make) and they will get a huge payment for an easy fight once again.
