Oh boy if Hernandez goes 10 rounds with Lara looks like the Ginger's gonna take him on

Lara took round 3 off but since then he's been having his way. The headbutts were nasty.

 

Wow perhaps Canelo can now walk Lara down and KO him, this is the same Hernandez that didn't even go a round with Berto

 

I was thinking the same thing. He's been taking lots of bodyshots and his workrate is spotty.

Without seeing the fight tonight, Canelo/Lara would make me happy. But can we get it the Saturday before or after Martinez/Chavez?

 

95-94 one of those judges was not watching the fight...but they still got it right...

 

Don't get me wrong he beat the crap out of Hernandez but at times he squared up too much, took too many clean bodyshots and didn't work enough. Against a guy like Canelo it could cost him.

From what I've seen, Lara is hit and miss. Golden Boy won't even mention his name when it comes to potential Canelo opponents.

 

Canelo's workrate isnt exactly high octane.

I think Lara is just too skilled for Canelo. Canelo struggled with Gomez for fucks sake.

Gary Russell looks to be a solid young talent.

Lara is easily the most overrated fighter in boxing. He landed about 150 flushshots on the chin of a man Beto took out in less than 3 minutes and only damaged him with his head. Lara is one dirty piece of shit as well. He is mentally weak as well. He couldn't hurt Hernadez so he headbutted. Fuck Lara.

I'm calling out now, this guy is going to turn out to be kind of crap at world level. Reason being, I just can't imagine someone called "Gary Russel Jr" being an elite fighter, I just don't see it as a realistic possibility.
