    I agree with all these three, plus I'll add Emma Stone & Jennifer Lawrence.
    Dakota's little sister, Elle Fanning, is a beautiful girl who can act to, but she hasn't made a memorable role yet.
    My personal favorite is Chloe Grace Moretz. This girl is brilliant in all the roles I have seen her (well,in Dark Shadows she didn't had much to do but look bored and upset...so that's the only exception).

    This thread is about 'the future...', about young actresses in their teens or early twenties. Jessica Chastian is a 35 year old actress and if she hasn't made it yet in the present she can be good in supporting roles as the mother of the other actresses mentioned before. Good call TKO on Maisie Williams aka Arya Stark in Game of Thrones. That little girl can truly act.

    Watch her in the Steven Spielberg mini-series "Taken". She was 9 years old and stole the whole show. I mean she is an amazing actress when given the right roles. She was good in "The Runaways".

    It was about the future, not about young actresses. 2012 she had two big movies. Both #1 back to back. And in one week her movies were #1 and #2 at the box office.

    I simply said she was a legend. You said she would be a supporting player. CLearly she isnt.

    Well i think age is bullshit. For example.
    Ellen Page and Dakota Fanning have been acting longer than Jessica Chastain. Chastain is roughly knew to acting and had already acomplished much.
    Jennifer Lawrence and Chastain have basically been acting around the same amount of time.

    Look at Helen Mirren. She has been acting a while, but it was only within the last ten years that she has truly become a superstar.

    You people talked about the future. I said Chastain would be a legend.

    Not only did her movies rule the boxing office this past year, but she was nominated for best actress. Her second time nominated for an academy award.

    Chastain is far from a legend. She has only five years before she turns 40 and stop getting lead roles. Only a handful actresses have managed to get leading roles after age 40 and that is mainly because they build their reputation in their youth (like Meryl Streep, Julia Roberts or Sandra Bullock). Chastain's movies didn't 'rule the box office in 2012', it was only ONE WEEKEND of 2012. Jennifer Lawrence at her tender age had already TWO Oscar nominations, one win and two runaway blockbusters (The Hunger Games & Silver Linings Playbook). She IS already a legend.:nana:

    Audiences were not flocking to watch Chastain, it just happened that she was the star in two movies that were the most appealing in a lame weekend. Mama was going to be a horror hit regardless who played the lead role. 10 years from now Chastain will be getting secondary roles as Jennifer Lawrence and Chloe Grace Moretz mom.
