He has NO fans here. He left calling English boxing fans racists, claiming that people were coming to his fights wishing him to lose etc. He has NO fanbase here. None. That's why he left in the first place.

that wasn't meant to offend you or anything but that'S what I basically got from your post - correct me if I'm wrong.

Hopefull, Sergio Pussy is next. Garcia at least fights in a fundamental way although without much talent.

I agree, and a part of me is happy that Khan got KTFO again, but I almost feel for him because he is a limited but gutsy guy. He took a bad hiding there but he tried to fight on, as always, in his hopeless way. gutsy guy.

Didn't know that... Always seemed to me Khan fights had pretty good audiences.

Your post came across as facetious. If it wasn't, my bad. Khan cannot take more beatings like that. I say that not even as a fan, because his antics with Peterson were disgusting, but as a human being who doesn't want to see a brave, gutsy but flawed guy end up with a serious, long term injury.

True, and a few people made that argument as he left. Not much fun for him, though, and his attendances were falling by the time I watched him in Newcastle fighting that Jewish no-mark. There were a lot of empty seats there that night.

And the issue was his fanbase, not how many people came to his fights.

Yeah, that's how I feel too. All credit for his courage...the guy just wasn't born with a fighting body.

Put it this way; the Haye-Chisora fight was effectively on PPV here tonight. Khan wasn't, and hasn't been for a long time.

yeah maybe a TINY little bit in the beginning when i made a longer than necessary aaaah. But that's no need foul language. It's not a ballet forum so we should be able to deal with a little sarcasm. Ah well I guess I can deal with a little fuck you, too - just seemed a bit overreacted for my taste.

In the end it was correct you are indeed concerned about his health... and that's cool I didn't know. I really thought you meant there's no fights to be made for him anymore.

I also hopes this puts to rest that Maidana can punch at all and he is a club fighter. Thus, hurting Floyd's legacy. Ortiz, the hungry lion, lost to a scrub who can't punch.

If Khan does get into acting, I think he'd have trouble remembering his lines. He seems the type.

That was a terrible 'Tito-Vargas round 12 second kd' type of non-stoppage.

The actual stoppage was more from a longer term medical standpoint, as he stood to only take further damage.

    I'm laughing my ass off...

Garcia catches Khan with a left hook just as the bell ending the 3rd round sounds. Khan pitches way to the left....watch his legs before he gathers himself to go back to his corner...it's hilarious.

Not quite as bad as Zab but it's funny.

Also, the second knockdown made me laugh...he got hit with the right hand then tried to turn and run like Joe Frazier vs. Foreman.

The way his legs go when he gets hit is hilarious. In one of his amatuer fights he got dropped and did the chicken dance as well. Those knockdowns tonight were hilarious, especially the Frazier one

i cant wait for the rematch. not sure why so many on here hate khan and garcia. ill take a fight like that over hopkins-dawson all day. khan has some huge cajones to get up from the kd in the 3rd round and keep trying to win.

    Khan is done.

I give him credit for having a lot of heart, but honestly he doesn't have much else. I've ALWAYS said that even his handspeed is overrated.

His chin is terrible, and so is his defense and ring IQ.

Lucas Mattyhse is probably the best fighter at 140 right now.

There's no way in Hell a rematch would be any different.

Khan's chin is gonna be even MORE shitty now.

i think gbp will make garcia-mattyse or a khan rematch next. 140 has some good match ups now.

I think Matthyse would destroy him, tbh.

Garcia-Rios would be fun though. And that's a fight Garcia has a better chance in.
