Manny is an ATG but the welters he has beaten are levels below Curry. I have seen nothing to suggest he beats an ATG 147lb-er like Curry, so I pick Curry. MTF
Its hard to really rate Manny at welterweight because all the guys he faced were mostly at catch-weights and stuff. For arguments sake, I do think Curry's advantages in height and reach play a big part here, and he'd be able to land counter rights the way Marquez did but he'd do it with more speed and power. You can't count out the possibility that maybe Pacquiao can start to get to him late with his relentless flurries but its hard for me to envision him stopping Curry. Curry via UD or possible late stoppage.
