I think that might work........................................................................................................ if Khan had half the brain, and skills Ward has.

Khan could have Chuck Norris on his corner and it won't mean shit.

He just had the TOP trainer in boxing train him......didn't help...this Virgil guy will also fail.

He needs Manny Steward....stay behind the long jab, occasional right hand....clinch when opponents attack.

Cool name. Whoever he is. Too bad it's not Virgin Hunter. That'd be awesome.

Early in his Career, Andre Ward's OWN Chin Momentarily Failed Him Against the Type of Opposition that SHOULDN'T Have Been Chin Checking him @ All...Slowly but Surely, Ward Fought LESS like Rent-a-Roy & MORE like BHop...Now, Ward RARELY Gets Hit Clean Anymore...

There's NO Guarantee Hunter can Help Khan, but REED Sees the LOGIC in Hiring him...

Hunter's gonna be breaking down tapes of Charley Burley and George Benton and he's gonna glance across the couch at Khan's eyes and see -

I agree Steward would be the most fool proof choice. Still wouldn't have made much difference, but he could have wald pussy'd him a bit I guess.

Whether Khan sucks or not isn't that relevant. What's relevant is that he's pretty fun to watch, whether he wins or loses. Boxing needs some excitement at this point considering all the stars are retired or nearing retirement.

It is de choof, ironically. As much shit as I have talked about Khan, as well as Hut and many others - the guy is fun to watch in his own way.

Most of his recent fights have been pretty entertaining. And at least he's ballsy.

Exactly. We need guys like him as opposed to guys like the Klitschkos. F*ck dominance of any kind if all we get is boring sh*t. The sport needs guys like Khan to be honest.

Khan/Maidana was a fun fight. Khan took some mad shots. Even in his last loss, he tried like hell to survive despite being on queer street. He didn't just fall down for a 10 count. Dude got up and TRIED to survive and fight back. That's what boxing is all about.

Khan should hire famed Irish trainer Bens O'Kane. Bens O'Kane makes the pain go away. He makes you feel flllllllyyyyyyyyyyy and happeeeeeeee.

Khan is a puncher and Virgil is a defensive trainer.

I don't see this union jelling well much like when Hearns left Steward he just couldn't seem to find the right niche as a fighter in the sport.

Khan is not a puncher. He's a handspeeder.
