Not a fair fight, or even a good fight, I know. But the question is - can Foster hurt/stop/KO Hagler?
I think eventually, yeah... There's only so much a guy can take, especially going up 15 pounds against an ATG at the weight, and maybe the greatest puncher the division ever had Who knows, though, Hagler, in addition to his great chin, was also very crafty and smart, maybe he can go the distance... He's not winning though

agREED However it does make me wonder if Hagler would revert to a boxing style (if he came in with the mentality of war) after feeling Foster's power, or if he would just say fuck it and see it through.
Nobody ever imagined that there would be a guy who hit so fucking hard that Dick Tiger would be out cold on the canvas. He'd only been off his feet once in his career, on a flash KD against Griffith... and TIger wasn't coming up from Middleweight, either, he was already the Light Heavyweight champion of the world
agREED. There's always the possibility that Foster gets him out of there, but I think Hagler's skills and chin allow him to finish the fight and lose by a lot on the scorecards.
I see haglar..serving good strong coffee out of very small fancy cups somewhere along Champs-Élysées He get a rep as the crazy old mumbler... Foster was a man killer at light heavy and was too tall and skilled for Marvin. Foster was the best fighter I have ever seen along with Carlos Monzon at getting the most out of his height and reach advantage over his opponents.
