I said 'deceivingly' because if you watched the above trailer you might think (wrongly) that this is another typical slasher/boogieman thriller. Far from it. This is a very smart film. The kind of film you don't want to spoil the plot to no one. Don't worry about what you saw in the trailer. It did not gave away anything. This is the kind of rare film that makes you ponder about real life situations and the morals of both society and individuals; about the thin line between good and evil, of sanity and insanity. The film is not perfect and at times you think it should had ended earlier, but that is another wrong misconception from the viewer when you expect a predictable resolution. Intelligent, original and well made. 8/10
It's a Jessica Biel movie - it's shit. And anyway, there's only one 'Tall Man': <IFRAME height=315 src="<a href=" width=420 target="_blank" A_B5PxVyess? embed www.youtube.com http:>http://www.youtube.com/embed/A_B5PxVyess" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></IFRAME>
Just happened to watch this on Netflix the other day. It wasn't too bad. Great concept but could have been presented in a far more entertaining fashion.
Agreed. It wasn't bad, more like a 6/10 at the most and definitely not a high replay value kind of film. A nice twist and different concept doesn't always make for a great film and in this case it just made for a decent one.
