If the Kronk is going to come back it can only be done with serious investment. Sentiment for Emmanuel's wishes won't last long once checks start bouncing.

Not sure how well off Hearns is but i'd imagine buying property in Detroit doesn't take a major bank roll. However Hearns is brain damaged. I doubt he could run a lemonade stand.
