Diaz, Hendricks is a guy who seems to rely way too much on his power

But diaz gets hit easy. If Hendricks lands the shot that daley landed, Diaz might die.

Hendricks doesn't look very good when he doesn't KO a guy early. Diaz has a good chin, I think he tires Hendricks out and stops him late.

If Hendricks tries to beat Diaz standing, he loses easily and proves he's a moron. Nick has a great chin and is just a better boxer.

That being said, Diaz has never, ever, ever proven he can beat a great wrestler. The fact is, he hasn't faced even an average MMA wrestler since he left the UFC in 2006. And Hendricks is obviously a great wrestler.

If Hendricks is smart, and uses his wrestling, he has a better chance of winning. But it's still an interesting fight because Diaz is an active and very dangerous guy from his back.

Personally I hope it doesn't happen. Hendricks has earned his title shot and deserves GSP next.

Hendricks should rematch Koscheck if GSP fights Silva ( Provided Koscheck win his next fight whoever it was he was fighting because I forget)

I honestly don't think Hendricks hits as hard as Daley. His stand up isn't even close to on par with Daley's neither.

I dont know. Daley hit Kampman with some BOMBS and some didnt even bother him. In fact, he never he knocked him out. The fight was stopped while kamp was on his feet.

Kampman's chin seems to be getting worse though.

hendrick's a bit of a front runner. he usually struggles when he can't knock guys out in the first round. diaz does get hit and knocked down at times, but i've never seen him fall flat on his back like kampmann did. but then again, i've never seen fitch nor kampann go down like that either. if i had to pick, i'd pick diaz.

The punch Hendricks knocked Kampman down with was not some bomb. It was a straight right that clipped the chin. It obviously caught Kampman's jaw just right. Not saying it was lucky, it was a nicely laid punch. But lets not sit here and suggest it was some raw power shot that just destroyed Kampman. I have been hit with a few shots like that. With 4oz gloves it happens to the best of them.

I'd pick Diaz, confidently. He's just better.

Yep, whenever I look at a fight and one guy's chance to win is primarily by landing a big punch, I always pick the guy that has more ways to win.

Diaz could easily out box Hendricks. Diaz could beat Hendricks in a battle of endurance. Diaz could submit Hendrick from the top or the bottom. And Diaz could also knock Hendricks out.

It's tough not to pick Diaz.

Its an awesome point you make Trp. Hendricks does have great wrestling. I would hope he doesn't fall in love with his power in this fight, but its so funny how many guys do when they fight Nick.

i dont even remember the last time hendricks go for a takedown. i figured i'd see a lot of wrestling when he fought pierce, but it was pierce who actually took him down and appeared to have outworked hendricks over 3 rounds. even vs. koschek, it was koschek was scored the takedown.

I've noticed the same with Hendricks. I have this feeling he wants to not be known as a wrestler. I think its gonna catch him one of these days.
