In February next year, in Liverpool. Price within 4/5 rounds IMO. Thompson lost to both Klits inside the distance. Price will bury him.
He only fought one of them twice, but I know, they all look same to you. :: This is a good test to Price. Thompson is an oldie, but at least he knows how to move and throw a jab. That is something Price has not seen as a pro, and as an amateur this surprise tactic was his downfall. He can punch like a mofo, but for the first time he might have difficulties of landing
Nice test and all but Price better step it up soon and fight some decent quality white heavyweights and stop feeding on the bottom of the barrel black ones that can't fight.
:: @ Jimmy's elementary mistake. Jimmy.....you remind me of the time poor Harry Mullen went onto Irish radio when he was dying of cancer and riddled with painkillers in 1999 to do a piece on the then-recently deceased Jerry Quarry. He was discussing Quarry's career and mentioning the great wins he had over guys like Lyle and Spencer and Shavers before adding that he had also "knocked out Ken Norton". Sorry Harry, but that was Gerry Cooney, not Jerry Quarry!! Mullens would never have made that mistake in a million years...it was the drugs and the cancer that got him. He died himself a few short months after.
:: I guess i've been under under pressure lately so you can all accept my mistake :: I've been up until the early hours every day helping out with an upcoming boxing mag
That bollocks Tyson Fury has announced on twitter that Thompson has pulled out of the Price fight. Nothing has been mentioned by team Price or Maloney yet, but rumours are spreading fast.
