Who wins and why? I think James Toney is all wrong for Holyfield. Holy is exactly the kind of fighter James Toney wants. Toney is a master counterpuncher and I think he will pepper Holyfield with hard counters untill Holy is stopped or Toney wins a decisions/
Toney would indeed land quite a lot of counters and what not but Holy would just outwork the hell out of him. Holy is no Jirov. Holy takes this 116-112
I'm with Cdogg. The version of Holyfield that walked through Buster Douglas and went to war with Riddick Bowe would brutally stop any version of James Toney at HW. Reflexes and timing are everything against a counter puncher like Toney. A prime Holyfield had an amazing ability to pull the trigger on combinations even if he was tagged in the process. That would lead to some serious misery for Toney when he realized his pot-shot counters weren't quelling Holy's 8 punch flurries. I can actually see Toney quitting.
