    All puns aside, it is a travesty to arrest anyone who got drunk at a restaurant with a bunch of friends on New Year's Eve. I am sure the Texas mayor was totally wasted in the next table groping the ladies butts and yelling profanities at Obama's skin color, but no one thought it was 'disorderly conduct', but 'celebration'.
