Gegard fucking Moussasi . Damn Mousassi is a fight away from being in line for Jon Jones. This is pretty damn huge news! War Mousassi. I hope this is 5 rounds (It says main event so should be!)

I'd pick Gustafsson. I think his range will be too much for Moussasi.

If Moussasi trained seriously he could be almost unstoppable. The man has no desire. Because of that, i pick gust.

Seriously? Moussasi couldn't even clearly beat freaking Keith Jardine.

lol, yes he did. Awful decision, last round was clearly a 10-8 and the only round you could give to Jardine was hella close. Plus, the point deduction wasn't warranted at all imo

Not quite. Jardine clearly won a round. There is no way the last round should have been 10-8. And Moussasi clearly deserved to have the point taken away for his chicken shit up kick.

I think, with the point deduction, the draw was exactly the right score.

And let's not lose sight of the fact that it was a shot ass version of Jardine that any decent 205'er should have walked right thru and Moussasi didn't and couldn't. Hell, Jardine was stopped cold by freaking Luke Rockhold in his very next fight.

The only round you could give Jardine is the 1st and he was rocked twice in it on top of being punished everytime he took Moussassi down. Wasn't a close fight imo

Yeah, it's typical for fighters to lose rounds when they spent the majority of the round on their back. Right or wrong, that's typical in MMA.

But it's a pointless debate. Two judges scored the fight even so it is what it is.

some folks were making mousasi out to be the next fedor or something. i picked king mo to outhump him and the guy hasn't impressed me since. having said that, i think the fight vs. the swede is a toss up. jones would smash them both.

Mousassi hung out with Fedor too much and picked up way too much of his nonchalant attitude. The very same nonchalant attitude Fedor had on his ring walk ins I for some reason keep picturing Mousassi having that attitude in training.
